Rain or Shine

Rain or Shine is an award winning VR short, written and directed by Felix Massie at Nexus Studios for Google Spotlight Stories.

I was art director on the project, designing the characters and their world, and supervising its translation in to 3D.

The story follows Ella, an energetic young girl trying to enjoy the sunshine while pursued by her own personal raincloud, and takes place in an idyllic London.

The film exists in several versions: the linear video above, a 360 video viewable on youtube, and the fully interactive experience available via Steam and the Spotlight Stories app.
